The day was shortened by rain to 3-1/2 hours but it sure was nice to be back at the farm.
The HPR waiver was used by most of the fliers but the low clouds kept the motors to no more than a J.
Jeff, the Honest John and Miranda are fine rockets and I enjoyed shooting them on the flip.
Ed, Good to see ya again. Your renegade D is a beautiful bird both on the ground and in flight.
Dennis, Sorry about the loss. I always enjoy launching with you.
Matt, Thanks for launching the Magician and EX-200. Both flew great. Thanks for helping me by recovering my rockets.
Jeromie, Glad you could make it home for Logan's 1st birthday and make our BRS launch on the same day. Thanks for helping out. Now you can understand why we like the farm for launching our bigger stuff.
Jon, thanks for joining BSR. Check it out on the members page on the web site. Hopefully we can get you to L1 soon.
Darryl, Thanks for all your help. Enjoy shooting with you.
We all had a good hike or two in the mud due to the winds that carried the models a ways.
If anyone has pictures they are willing to share please send them to me at: lancebeta@gmail.com Our next launch is scheduled for January 8, 2011 at Sims Farm with ADC Park as a back up. Come and have fun. Hope to see ya all then.
Stay tuned to this web site for launch schedule updates.
See you there.
Joe Magginnis
The fields were muddy and the winds took the models to the NorthWest away from the pads.
Thanks
